Tea to Warm Up

This is more of a practical thing than spiritual.  Sometimes I get the chills and feel like I'll never get warm.  :)

A friend of mine shared this recipe, and it works well for me.  Thought I'd share it here.

Brew your favorite tea.  (I would recommend black or green tea for this, as I think the molasses will overpower anything else, but I could be wrong.)

Add a spoon of honey, a spoon of blackstrap molasses, and fill the cup the rest of the way with orange juice.

The molasses contains a plant-based source of iron that the body can more readily absorb, and it does seem to help the chills much more effectively than tea by itself or any other hot drink.
